Lushnessu is committed to maintaining customer satisfaction. If there is a mistake or product issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so our support team can help resolve it.
Order cancellation
Please email us with your order number and cancellation reason. If the order has not entered production or shipped, we can cancel it without deducting fees.
A 10% relisting fee may apply, and related shipping costs may be deducted.
Returns and refunds
If the product is unused and returned in its original packaging, we can refund your payment, less a 10% relisting fee and the corresponding shipping cost.
Please contact us by email so we can confirm whether the issue is related to product quality or incorrect delivery. Eligible quality issues may receive a full refund.
Approved reimbursements are processed no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the order.
Products signed for more than 30 days are not eligible for no-reason returns or exchanges, based on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
